The high school has a strong tradition of academic excellence. Our administrator and teacher turnover rates and discipline incidents are very low. The principals at Northwest are respected and supported as professional educators. The district operates a 4day school week - principals generally do not have to report to work on Mondays. The district offers a competitive salary and benefits package including 15 days of paid leave each year for principals.
