| Description: | The Alton R-IV School District is seeking applicants for a Director of District Services position for the 2023-2024 school year. The Director of District Services will lead the district in developing and implementing a curriculum aligned with the Missouri Learning Standards by providing information and serving as a resource to the administrative team and teachers. The individual will serve as the District Testing and Federal Programs Coordinator, Title IX Compliance officer, and PAT Director. The individual will assist with the coordination of district programs so that the district maintains an optimum educational program for the students, school, and community. This includes complying with MSIP 6 requirements, the ability to disaggregate state testing data, core data/MOSIS reporting, and representing the district in various capacities. A master’s degree and two years of public school teaching/administrative experience are required. Specialist degree preferred. The position is an 11-month contract, starting July 1st and the salary will be commensurate with experience.
