| Description: | The Richland R-IV School District is currently accepting applications for an enthusiastic and talented Special Services teacher. Follows district teaching standards and develops lesson plans with instructional materials and provides individualized and small group instruction in order to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each pupil. Translates lesson plans into learning experiences so as to best utilize the available time of instruction. Evaluates pupils' academic and social growth, keeps appropriate records, and prepares progress reports. Communicates with parents through conferences and other means to discuss pupil's progress and interprets the school program. Developing and maintaining IEP’s for students Ensure all staff are in compliance with individual education plans. Perform quarterly progress monitoring of special education IEP goals. | |
