| Description: | The Exceptional Child Cooperative is seeking a part-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant for the 2023-2024 school year. The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant will be responsible for implementation and documentation of therapy and IEP progress notes. . The caseload consists of a variety of diagnoses to include but not limited to deficits in visual, perceptual and fine motor skills as well as adaptive, behavioral and sensory processing challenges. The COOP serves ten regional districts with students from pre-k to highschool. This position will work in conjunction with the current OT team which consists of two COTA’s and an OT/L . The COTA’s work under the supervision of the on site OT/L. The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant will possess good people and communication skills. The role also requires flexibility, the ability to work independently and stay on task, be responsible, and reliable .
