| Description: | Job Description Houston High School is accepting applications for a High School Head Girls Basketball Coach for the 2023-2024 school year. There will also be a teaching position that could go along with coaching. About Houston School: Houston School, home of the Tigers, is located in Texas County Missouri and sits within the heart of the Ozarks in South Central Missouri. The school is part of the South Central Association Conference along with seven other schools. Excellent community support is evident in the recent passage of a bond issue which allowed for the construction of a 6.5 million dollar gymnasium complex. Local booster organizations strongly support our programs. Houston is a thriving community located on US Highway 63. The area boasts many amenities including the Texas County Memorial Hospital, a beautiful city-owned golf course, a new aquatic center/pool, access to the beautiful Big Piney River, and a branch of Drury University.
