| Description: | Pattonsburg R-II School District is looking for an energetic, motivated and dynamic leader to serve as 7-12 Principal for the 2024-25 school year. Applicants should have outstanding educational leadership skills that include but are not limited to: curriculum development, instructional leadership, effective communication, commitment to professional development, supervision, evaluation of staff and team building. Must possess a strong work ethic, a willingness to understand and support the District’s Comprehensive School Improvement Plan and uphold the District policies and procedures. Qualified applicants should have a Master's degree in Educational Administration and appropriate certification. Administrative or supervisory experience in a school setting is desired.
