| Description: | Assistant Principal Bush Elementary School The Fulton 58 School District is seeking a highly qualified and dynamic individual to fill the Assistant Principal position that will support students, faculty and the Principal at Bush Elementary School for the 2021-22 school year. Approximately 2,300 students are enrolled in the district, grades K-12. FPS includes an Early Childhood Center, three elementary schools, a middle school, and a high school. Fulton School District is committed to positive climate, culture, and collaboration for staff and students as demonstrated in a commitment to PLC and PBIS. The following desired documented qualifications are sought. Appropriate Missouri Elementary Administration Certification Prefer five years of classroom teaching Preference is given to those with an understanding and experience with the PLC process and demonstrated effective PBIS strategies. Ability to support the Principal in developing and maintaining a positive student, faculty and parent culture. A demonstrated willingness to support and lead faculty. A demonstrated willingness to schedule personal time around school requirements. Demonstrated successful implementation of instructional strategies which increased classroom academic performance. Community support in referenced positions. The successful candidate will be offered a Ten month, one year contract, with competitive compensation.
