| Description: | The Boonville R-I School District is accepting applications for the Data Coordinator position. This is a 12-month position with benefits. The data coordinator will work 7.5 hours daily and report to the Assistant Superintendent. This is not an entry-level position and requires much skill. Application Deadline: Interviews will be ongoing, and the position will be filled as soon as a qualified candidate is identified. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma Experience working in a school setting. Strong computer skills. Be highly accurate with details and numbers. Highly motivated with strong organizational skills; able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. Self-starter; able to work independently. Strong telephone and interpersonal communication skills. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Respond to inquiries by staff, parents, or patrons of the district. Input and upload data for recordkeeping in multiple software systems. Type or prepare reports, compile data, and distribute information to parties inside and outside the district. Be responsible for state reporting to DESE, Core Data, and MOSIS. Oversee and maintain the student database - Infinite Campus Train staff in the use of Infinite Campus. OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS: Maintain confidentiality. Attend meetings and training as directed. Present and communicate professionally. Work additional hours or overtime as directed. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor. | |
