| Description: | We are seeking an innovative educator who will engage our students in meaningful learning experiences in technology and engineering. A math or science teaching background is strongly preferred for this position, or a background in a similar school-based position. Understanding or willingness to learn software is required, including but not limited to coding, CAD, and media production. Needs to be able to manage a classroom in a project-based environment, and stimulate and foster critical thinking and problem-solving processes. Teacher is expected to plan course material and activities that align with Sturgeon values, assess students' progress, and build trusting relationships with students and parents.
