| Description: | Caruthersville School District is looking for an energetic, motivated, and dynamic leader to serve as High School Principal for the 2024-2025 school year. This position reports to the Superintendent of Schools and Director of Federal Programs and Strategic Planning. This will be a 12 month contract beginning July 1, 2024. To be considered, a candidate must possess a Master’s degree or higher in educational administration and possess a Missouri principal’s certificate before assuming the role. The successful candidate will be able to: Serve as the instructional leader-experience in District Continuous Improvement processes is preferred; Supervise, evaluate, and recommend building staff; Supervise students and activities; Prepare and manage a building budget; Create and maintain positive relationships and a positive school climate; Attend meetings, activities, and events during and after the school day.
