| Description: | Caruthersville School District is looking for an energetic, motivated, and dynamic leader to serve as Assistant High School Principal for the 2024-2025 school year. This position reports to the Superintendent of Schools and Director of Federal Programs and Strategic Planning. This will be an 12 month contract beginning July 1, 2024. To be considered, a candidate must possess a Master’s degree or higher in educational administration and possess a Missouri principal’s certificate before assuming the role. The successful candidate will be able to: Serve as the instructional leader-experience in District Continuous Improvement processes is preferred; Supervise, evaluate, and recommend building staff; Supervise students and activities; Prepare and manage a building budget; Create and maintain positive relationships and a positive school climate; Attend meetings, activities, and events during and after the school day.
