| Description: | The East Carter County R-2 School District is currently accepting applications for the position of Special Education Teacher. East Carter is a rural school with a k-12 enrollment of approximately 600 students. All applicants should possess a valid Missouri Teacher's Certificate in Special Education. East Carter is looking for candidates with knowledge, experience, and expertise in working with students with disabilities, demonstrating competency of special education compliance and process, including development and implementation of high quality IEPs. Applicants are requested to submit the following: Cover Letter, District Application, Resume, 3 to 5 letters of recommendation, Copy of Missouri Certification and a Copy of Transcripts.
