| Description: | Do you want to work only 4 days per week? If so, Westview has a great opportunity for a high-energy, creative, team-oriented individual for an early childhood position for the 2023-2024 school year. Qualified applicants must be certified in early childhood elementary education. We are looking for an educator who is willing to work collaboratively as a team member of a Professional Learning Community, knowledgeable on Standards-Based Grading, relates well to young children, and has the ability to use technology in the learning process. Applicants must also demonstrate strong classroom management to facilitate small group and whole group learning. Westview utilizes a 4 day school week with small classes. Staff benefits include 100% board-paid health and life insurance, 8 PTO days per year, and can participate in 403B options. Come be a part of our team!
