This position will remain open until all positions are filled. Knob Noster Public Schools - Our Mission Is Student Success! Qualifications: 1. Experience with Apple & PC computer environments. 2. Broad background in applications and educational software on these platforms. 3. Excellent communication skills. 4. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable. Reports To: Director of Technology / Assistant Superintendent Job Goals: Assists with implementation, maintenance, and support of the computer technology system that allows building staff and students to make the most effective and efficient use of technology resources. Performance Responsibilities: Install software and hardware as necessary. Maintain a current database of building software and hardware, and prepare reports as needed on initial expenditures, maintenance, and usage. Assist the technology coordinator in identifying and evaluating needed software, hardware, and computer supplies for district use. Evaluate needs for service on equipment and software. Provide technical assistance and support for building staff. Assist in mobile device management and support for building staff. Maintain building passwords. Upload student data. Keep current on new and emerging technologies by attending appropriate administration-approved training, in-services, and conferences, and by reading appropriate publications. Perform other appropriate duties as assigned. Terms of Employment: Twelve month contract, 8 hours daily. Evaluation: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board’s policy on Evaluation of Support Services Personnel. | |
