Candidates should have an active faith life, be current on educational best practices and have a strong work ethic devoted to creating a positive learning environment for students and staff. Willingness to collaborate with the K-4th level team and others is essential. Skills required for this position include; understanding and application of routines and procedures, developing and delivering engaging lessons to 4th graders, strong communication skills and practices, and the flexibility to manage a variety of professional obligations in a busy and high energy setting. | |
