Description:  Regional Vice President Educational Services Role: Regional Vice President Educational Services, Confluence Academy Reports to: Regional General Manager Direct Reports: Managed School Principals, may direct National Curriculum Coordinators and Assessment Trainers Job Summary: The main responsibility of this position is managing EdisonLearning’s primary focus of student achievement in Confluence Academy. Specific responsibilties include coaching, directing and developing the regional education team, including VPES’s and NCC’s, as well as working with the RGM to devise and implement the regional strategic achievement plan. The role also ensures excellence in service delivery of EdisonLearning products by collaborating and partnering with district and charter school boards, driving consistently superior achievement gains and profitability within assigned sites. As required, this role will manage client relationships as well as the operational/financial/budgetary/legal management of the schools. Main Responsibilities: Achievement Management  Monitor student achievement data (Benchmark analysis, formative and summative assessments, teacher created tests) to ensure students are performing highly at all Confluence schools  Work collaboratively with the RGM to devise and implement the strategic regional achievement plan  Coach, mentor, develop and coordinate regional education team  Supervise, observe, evaluate and assess principals from an instruction, school culture and school operations perspective. This is done by visiting schools, attending “house” meetings, and attending leadership team meetings  Work collaboratively with local district superintendents and assistant superintendents to leverage influence in supervision and evaluation of the principals in schools where the principal reports to the district.  Formalize and execute customized professional development training modules specific to
