Description:  St Lawrence Catholic School in Monett MO has an opening for a combined class of third and fourth grades for the 2016-2017 school year. We are a part of the St Lawrence Parish in Monett. Candidate must possess, or be eligible for, DESE certification in elementary teaching. Other experience will be considered. Our mission as a private school is to educate the whole child according to Christian values and morals, upon which they can build successful careers and be productive in society. All teachers, regardless of religious preference, function as members of a close family who care for each student and each other. Preference will also be given to one who can successfully implement independent learning concepts as in Daily 5 or similar systems. Emints or interactive white board training highly desired! Preference will be given to those who can illustrate their passion for teaching, their dedication to student learning and their devotion to life long learning.
