| Description: | Come be a part of the Hollister family! The Hollister R-V School District is accepting applicants for Army JROTC Instructors for the 2023-24 school year. Conveniently located just south of Branson, accessing Lake Taneycomo, Table Rock Lake, and the beautiful Ozark Mountains, Hollister has that small-town feel with big-town pride. With a strong emphasis on family, culture, and community coupled with an unrelenting focus on learning, Hollister is a desirable place to work and live. Hollister offers a competitive salary, full benefits, and small class sizes. Officers/Warrant Officers who meet the following prerequisites may apply: meet Army/AJROTC fitness standards, high standards of military bearing, appearance and moral character; no military or civilian adverse actions. If still on active duty, must have retirement orders and within six months of retirement or terminal leave date. Required qualifications: Retired Army Officer and Bachelor’s Degree for the SAI (Senior Army Instructor) position. Retired Non Commissioned Officer and Associates Degree for the AI (Army Instructor) position. Desirable prerequisites: experience in supply, administration, drill and ceremonies, teaching experience, and experience working with youth groups.
