| Description: | Assistant Principal/Dean of Students The Diamond R-IV School District is seeking applicants for the positions of Assistant Principal/Dean of Students for the 2023/2024 school year. The Assistant Principal position would encompass the entire district, grades PreK through 12th. Duties would include, but are not limited to: Assisting the building principals in leading staff and students to improved student learning. Assisting the building principals in establishing a positive school culture. Assisting the building principals in providing a safe learning environment for all students and staff. Assisting the building principals in making high quality decisions regarding staffing, programs and budgeting. The applicant should be an excellent communicator who is growth minded and an active member of the district, leadership team, and building level teams. This position will be an 11 month contract and starting salary will be in the $61,133 - $71,133 range. | |
