| Description: | OPEN POSITION: Associate Athletic Director START DATE: 2023/2024 School Year PRIMARY FUNCTION: This position is responsible for building administration and the safety and welfare of both students and staff. The Associate Athletic Director will facilitate site educational programs, related services, and student discipline under the direction of site administrators. This position assists the Athletic Director in providing students an opportunity to participate in extra-curricular activities that will foster physical skills, a sense of worth and competence, a knowledge and understanding of the sport or activity and appreciation for a variety of athletic activities and programs, teaming, and sportsmanship. Valid Missouri Teaching Certificate required. Administration certificate preferred. Five years of teaching experience. Three years of coaching or supervisory experience is preferred. Master’s degree or Doctorate degree preferred. Strong organizational skills, extremely detailed and accurate Strong computer and interpersonal skills Strong verbal/written communication skills | |
