Description:		El Dorado Springs R-2 Schools is seeking student-centered, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable teaching candidates for an Elementary Educator for the 2023–2024 school year. The successful candidate will maintain high expectations for student performance, provide engaging instruction and activities, and use strategies to encourage positive behavior in classroom management. El Dorado Springs Elementary is committed to adult learning, meaningful collaboration among team members, and exceptional job satisfaction. Requirements for this position must include a minimum of a Bachelor's degree with appropriate MO certification.
