| Description: | Qualifications/Job Requirements: Reeds Spring High School is seeking an energetic, student-centered head coach to lead our Girls Basketball program. RSHS is committed to academic and personal excellence. The head coach will be responsible for the development and leadership of the entire Girl’s Basketball program. It is important that the successful candidate has the ability to develop positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community. The Head Coach is responsible for providing leadership and direction for all phases of the Girls Basketball program including its long-term development, organization, and coordination of all levels of play, scheduling, and budgeting. We have a HS Physical Education position also available, which could be tied to this position. The Reeds Spring High School has an enrollment of approximately 600 students in grades 9-12 and employs approximately 65 teachers. Reeds Spring is located 30 minutes from Springfield on beautiful Table Rock Lake, and the District serves the communities of Reeds Spring, Branson West, Kimberling City, Cape Fair, and Indian Point. In addition, the school district has a competitive salary schedule, offers additional benefits, and operates on a four-day school week. | |
