Description:		Due to a Retirement, the Northwestern R-I School District in Mendon has an opening for a JH/HS Science Teacher. Northwestern operates on a 4-day school week. This is a 9-month certified position (156 contracted day minimum with possible additional days added for prep time). Salary schedules are posted in the Employment tab on the district website. (www.northwestern.k12.mo.us) The starting salary minimum is $38,000. Northwestern is located in Mendon, MO and has a PreK-12 student population of 165 and a staff of 50 including certified and classified positions. The district offers a competitive salary schedule and benefits including Board paid health insurance supplement ($550 per month), life insurance and retirement match are available to applicable positions.
