| Description: | The Milan C-2 School District, a small district in northeast Missouri with a diverse student population, is seeking applicants for Assistant Football Coach, Assistant Baseball Coach, and Head JH Basketball Coach for the 2024-2025 School Year. The district operates within the Professional Learning Communities process and implements the mission "LEARNING TODAY, LEADING TOMORROW". Qualifications include knowledge and understanding of MSHSAA rules and regulations and being highly motivated. Coaches will be responsible for all aspects of the program including appropriate interpersonal relationships and being able to communicate effectively with students, parents/guardians, community, staff, and administration. Focus will be given to building and sustaining a successful program, proper practice preparation, and player development. The teaching assignment associated with the coaching positions has yet to be determined, therefore all applicants will be considered. Interested individuals need to submit: an updated resume, completed 'Certified Staff Application', three (3) references, appropriate transcripts, proof of certification and any other material to support the application process.
