The role of PK-12 Counselor is unique in a small rural community because the position assumes several additional duties, roles, and responsibilities. The counselor will: implement the district's guidance curriculum; demonstrate positive interpersonal relationships with students, staff, parents, and community; and, assist with the coordination of state and local testing.
