Job Description: The Wellington-Napoleon R-IX School District is seeking a dynamic, student centered, teacher for the position of Middle School/High School Physical Education/Body Conditioning for the 2025-2026 School year. The daily schedule could include Physical Education classes, and/or Middle School and High School Body Conditioning classes, depending on the candidate selected and their experience and knowledge with each content. Coaching is available and expected with this position. Midway R-I is seeking a physical education teacher for the 2025-2026 school year who will enable students to reach their potential through their physical education classes. This person will assist in planning and developing a physical education curriculum to meet competency requirements. A successful candidate will establish positive relationships with students and families, as well as observe safety precautions to protect students, equipment, and facilities. This person will manage student behavior appropriately and constructively. Coaching opportunities are tied to this position. --Valid Missouri Teaching Certificate preferred, but those close to certification will be considered. --This is a full-time teaching position. --Duties begin August 2025.
