| Description: | Job Description: It is the responsibility of the teacher Aide to assist and aide the lead teacher in all day-to-day activities. The Teacher Aide must meet all educational requirements as set forth by licensing, Missouri Accreditation, and district rules/regulations. The aide is to work under the supervision of the lead teacher and implement the curriculum, follow behavior management techniques as set forth by the center, and generally assist the students in their learning process. The aide is expected to interact with parents and students in a positive manner.
