Henry County R-I School District is located in Henry County (Windsor) in West Central Missouri. School District Information: Elementary (K-6) - 1 School o Certified Staff 34 o Student Enrollment 378 High School (7-12) o Certified Staff - 29 o Student Enrollment 288 Total Certified Staff (63)/Total Student Enrollment (666) Annual Operating Budget $13,427,131.00 Total Tax Levy - $3.2500 ($.5000 Debt Service included) Assessed Valuation - $77,779,068.00 Reserve Balances 28.00% Administrators 5 Support Staff 28 MSIP: Fully Accredited 4 Day School Week District Contracted Transportation (Lexington Diesel) District Contracted Food Service (OPAA) Other Programs: o Parents as Teachers Program o FBLA, FCCLA, FFA, SkillsUSA o A+ Program o Online Dual Credit Offerings o Clinton Technical Center Application Time Line: Applications must be received by Friday, October 16, 2026 Screening to begin Ongoing during the application period Interviews Tentative Date October 28, 2026 Anticipated Contract Offer Date No later than October 30, 2026 Contract Begins July 1, 2027 Salary/Benefits Information: Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salary Minimum - $110,000.00 negotiable. Central Office administrative experience preferred. Missouri Superintendents Certificate or eligibility thereof required. Board paid insurance benefits including health and life provided. Multi-year contract may be offered. Living in the district is preferred.
