| Description: | Technology Support Position – Immediate Opening The Adrian School District is seeking a Technology Support team member to join our district immediately. Job Summary Provides computer support to end users in a 1:1 technology environment. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Google Dashboard, including users, devices, and applications, as well as Active Directory for Windows management. Typical Duties & Responsibilities • Troubleshoot computers and Chromebook devices • Provide technical telephone support for internal end users on a variety of hardware and software issues including: o Operating system support o Application support o System access problems o Database support • Assist staff and students with application and software support • Determine priorities within the department • Work under pressure with multiple interruptions • Perform tasks in a timely manner • Utilize Help Desk tracking systems for IT tickets • Research and recommend hardware/software for the technology department • Learn new software and network environments • Repair computers and Chromebooks • Lift and move computer components as needed Qualifications • Experience preferred, but the district will train the right candidate • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Benefits • Health insurance • Vision insurance • Dental insurance • Life insurance • Free lunches provided daily How to Apply Interested applicants should contact: Don Lile Phone: 816-297-2710 Email: don.lile@adrian.k12.mo.us | |
