| Description: | The Henry County R-I Board of Education has opened a search for its next Superintendent or Interim Superintendent of Schools. Henry County R-I School District is located mainly in Henry County (Windsor) in West Central Missouri. School District Information: Elementary (K-6) - 1 School Certified Staff – 37 Student Enrollment – 309 High School (7-12) Certified Staff - 27 Student Enrollment - 321 Annual Operating Budget – $11,318,021.00 Total Tax Levy - $3.2500 ($.5000 Debt Service included) Assessed Valuation - $76,229,149 Reserve Balances – 30.56% Administrators – 5 Support Staff – 23 4 Day School Week District Contracted Transportation (Lexington Diesel) District Contracted Food Service (OPAA!) Other Programs: Parents as Teachers Program FBLA, FCCLA, FFA, SkillsUSA A+ Program Online Dual Credit Offerings Clinton Technical Center Application Time Line: Applications must be received by April 6, 2026 Interviews Tentative Date – April, 2026 Anticipated Hire Date – April/May 2026 Contract Begins – July 1, 2026 Application Guidelines: Submit a completed application form and current resume with three letters of reference. Provide evidence of Missouri Superintendent Certificate (copy of certificate). Provide transcripts and current placement papers or credentials. Include any other supporting documents that would enhance the application file.
