| Description: | Cole Camp R-1 School District is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech and language services to students whose communication disorders adversely impact educational performance. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and provide intervention for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders and collaborate with staff and families to support student success in the school setting. Essential Duties and Responsibilities -Conduct speech and language evaluations and interpret assessment results -Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) -Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services -Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation -Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents -Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings -Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations Qualifications -Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology -Valid Missouri license/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist -Eligible for or hold appropriate DESE certification | |
