| Description: | Calhoun R-VIII School District is seeking applications for the 2020-2021 school year for the position of Instructional Coach. Calhoun will be moving to a 4 day calendar for the 2020-21 school year. This position is for supporting the instructional program with specific responsibilities for supporting school personnel; in the design, development and alignment of curriculum and instructional strategies; providing information and serving as a resource to others; coordinating professional development opportunities. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to collaborate with colleagues, analyze student data, and make necessary instructional interventions for student growth that are based on data and best practices in education. The successful candidate must hold Missouri certification, a Masters in curriculum and instruction preferred, but not required, and pass a background check. This would be ideal for someone looking to get administrative experience. Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
