| Description: | The Mountain Grove R-III School District is seeking applications for a Special Education Process Coordinator for the 2022-23 school year. Applicants must have Missouri certification in the area of special education. School psychological certification is required. Primary responsibilities include: supervise and coordinate special education programs at the building and district level in relation to compliance with state and federal regulations; knowledge of the special education process to include referral, evaluation, eligibility determination, IEP development and implementation; serve as a resource to building level administration and staff; oversight of the services at district buildings; participate in building level special education staffings; conduct IEP meetings in the capacity of district LEA representative and/or interpreter of evaluation results; conduct individual student evaluation reports; assist special education instructional and support staff; participate in team meetings at district and building levels. Position requires strong technical writing, communication skills, and attention to detail.
