| Description: | ELA Intervention - K-12 The Seneca R-7 School District is seeking applications for the position of ELA Interventionist for the 2022-2023 school year. The position will serve students in grades K-12. This individual will be responsible for analyzing grade-level reading data and determining a plan for intervention and remediation. This position will work with students and with ELA teachers district-wide to improve our implementation of intervention methods and strategies. Direct service with students is expected, as well as attendance at grade-level and department meetings that focus on ELA data analysis and curriculum planning. Additional training may be required including train-the-trainer certification in LETRS. Appropriate Missouri Teaching Certification is required.
