| Description: | Do you want to work only 4 days per week? If so, Westview has a great opportunity for a high-energy, creative, team-oriented individual for an elementary position possibly 1st-3rd for the 2022-2023 school year. Qualified applicants must be certified in elementary education. We are looking for an educator who is willing to work collaboratively as a team member of a Professional Learning Community, knowledgeable on Standards-Based Grading, relates well to young children, and has the ability to use technology in the learning process. Applicants must also demonstrate strong classroom management to facilitate small group and whole group learning. Westview utilizes a 4 day school week with small classes. Staff benefits include 100% board paid health and life insurance, 8 PTO days per year, and can participate in 403B options. Come be a part of our team!
