| Description: | The Aurora R-VIII School District is seeking applicants for a teaching position for the 2021-2022 school year at Pate Early Childhood Center (Kindergarten through 2nd grade). Aurora R-VIII operates on a 4-day school week. Applicants must possess current certification for the position, demonstrate a student-centered philosophy on education, and be proficient in understanding quality instructional practices to increase student achievement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this position. Benefits include a Board-paid health insurance stipend and paid sick/personal leave days.
