| Description: | Qualifications/Requirements: Reeds Spring High School is seeking an energetic, student-centered Head Coach to lead our Cheerleading program beginning in the 2021-22 school year. There are two positions available: One Head Cheerleading Coach and one Assistant Head Cheerleading Coach. RSHS is committed to academic and personal excellence. The Head Coach will be responsible for the developmet and leadershp of the entire Cheer program. It is important that the successful candidate has the ability to develop positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community. The Head Coach is also responsible for providing leadership and direction for all phases of the program, including its long-term development. The Assistant Head Coach will assist the Head Coach and work toward the same goals, in accordance with all required standards outlined in the District's Coaches Manual. | |
