| Description: | The Westview C-6 School District is seeking a high-energy, creative, team-oriented individual who has experience in cross-categorical special education or would consider a strong applicant that is working towards their special education degree/ certificate (grades K-8) for the 2021-22 school year. Applicants must demonstrate a student-centered philosophy on education, be proficient in understanding quality instructional practices to increase student achievement, initiate/complete the required paperwork with established timelines, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and willing to assist students with diversified needs. Benefits include a 4-day work week, 100% Board-paid health insurance, 8 paid sick/personal leave days. Salary dependent upon years of experience and level of education.
