| Description: | The Crocker R-II School District is seeking a highly effective and student-centered educator to serve as a 4th Grade Teacher. This individual will be responsible for creating a structured and engaging classroom environment built on high expectations, consistency, and strong relationships. This position is part of a team teaching model, where students rotate between two teachers for core instruction. The teacher will work closely with a grade-level partner to plan, deliver, and align instruction to ensure consistency and student success across content areas. The teacher will deliver standards-based instruction aligned to the Missouri Learning Standards, monitor student progress through data, and adjust instruction to meet the needs of all learners. The position requires the ability to implement instructional strategies that support student growth and prepare students for district and state assessments. The 4th Grade Teacher must maintain strong classroom management, communicate clearly with students, families, and staff, and collaborate consistently with the grade-level team and administration. The candidate will be expected to use student data to guide instruction and contribute to a positive and productive learning environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, accountable, and committed to student success. Strong communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively within a team teaching structure are expected. | |
