| Description: | Couch R-I School District has an opening for a Junior High/High School Principal for the 2026-2027 school year. The Couch R-I School District is seeking applicants for the position of 7th - 12th grade Principal and Federal Programs for the 2026-2027 school year. The principal is responsible for educational leadership and student development for approximately 100 students and the accountability for instructional leadership for 20 staff members and support staff. The applicant must possess a strong understanding and application of curriculum development, technology integration, school and community relations and best-practices. Couch R-I is a small community school with a strong history of success. We are looking for a candidate that will invest in the community through our students and become an active member of the community. The applicant must be able to work together in a team environment and build strong relationships with teachers, students and the community.
