| Description: | Couch R-I School District is seeking a new leader for the 2026-2027 school year. Couch R-I School District is located in Oregon County in south central Missouri. School District Information: Elementary School - (PK-06) Certified Staff 13 Student Enrollment 78 High School (7-12) Certified Staff 15 Student Enrollment 91 Total Staff 51 Total Student Enrollment - 169 Annual Operating Budget $2,800,000.00 - $2,900,000.00 Total Tax Levy - $4.1081 Reserve Balances 43.89% Administrators 3 Support Staff 23 MSIP: Fully Accredited District Operated Transportation District Operated Food Service Other Programs: o Parents as Teachers/ECSE 1:1 Technology/Current River Career & Tech Center o FFA/AG Program, FBLA Program, FCCLA Program o 4 Day School Week/Big Springs Conference o A+ Program/Dual Credit with MSU-West Plains Application Time Line: Applications will be accepted through June 5, 2026. Interviews will be scheduled between June 8-12. Hiring date will be on or before June 18. Contract Begins July 1, 2026 Salary/Benefits Information: Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salary Range: $80,000-90,000. Administrative experience required: Three years of teaching experience Three years of building level administrative experience Missouri Superintendents Certificate or eligibility thereof required. Board paid health insurance benefits Initial multi-year contract will be considered Residency not required.
