| Description: | Raymondville R-VII School District is a PK–8 district committed to academic excellence, inclusive education, and student-centered leadership. The Superintendent/Principal serves as the district’s chief educational and administrative leader, responsible for providing visionary leadership for all school operations, instructional programs, personnel, and fiscal accountability. Position Summary The Superintendent/Principal reports to the Board of Education and is responsible for leading all aspects of the district’s educational programs and operations, including: -Strategic planning and implementation of district goals -Leadership of instructional programs and student achievement -Fiscal oversight, budget development, and resource management -Supervision and evaluation of all certified and support staff -Compliance with local, state, and federal regulations -Communication with community stakeholders and the Board Required Qualifications Education and Certification (Missouri) Master’s degree or higher in Educational Leadership, Educational Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution -Valid Missouri Principal K-8 or Superintendent Certificate (K–12) or eligibility to obtain certification through the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) Experience Successful teaching experience in a PK–12 environment Administrative leadership experience, including building-level administration (preferred but not always required for initial certification) Experience with school finance, personnel management, curriculum development, and policy implementation Salary Range: $70,000-$90,000 | |
