| Description: | The Crocker R-II School District is seeking a highly effective instructional leader to serve as the 6–12 Principal. This individual will be responsible for fostering a strong, positive school culture built on high expectations, accountability, and visible leadership. The principal will provide consistent supervision and evaluation of certified and classified staff, support instructional improvement through data-driven decision-making, and maintain a safe, structured, and student-centered learning environment. The position requires strong knowledge of Missouri Learning Standards, state assessments, and the ability to implement programs that improve student achievement at the secondary level. The principal must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, maintain a consistent and visible presence throughout the building, and work collaboratively with staff, students, families, and the community. Experience with Infinite Campus and student data systems is expected. The ideal candidate will be an organized, accountable leader who is committed to staff growth, student success, and building a culture of pride, professionalism, and continuous improvement. | |
