| Description: | Crocker R-II | '2026-27 High School Math and Science Teacher | The Crocker R-II School District is seeking qualified applicants for the position of 9–12 Mathematics and Science Teacher. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Create a flexible instructional program and a classroom environment favorable to learning and personal growth. Establish effective rapport with students assigned to the classroom. Motivate pupils to develop the skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to ensure effective learning occurs for each student, every day. Provide positive feedback and encouragement to students. Facilitate an environment that promotes improved mathematical reasoning, scientific inquiry, academic success, social growth, and overall well-being of all students. Organize and utilize a variety of teaching techniques, instructional strategies, materials, and technology to maximize learning for each student, both individually and in group settings. Assess student progress, provide students and parents with specific and timely feedback, and use assessment results to adjust instruction as needed; serve as a communication link between school and home. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by supervising administrators.
