The High School Principal serves as the instructional and administrative leader, responsible for academic excellence, staff supervision, student discipline, and school operations. Key Responsibilities: -Provide leadership for curriculum, instruction, and assessment -Supervise and evaluate faculty and staff -Ensure a safe, orderly, and positive school climate -Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and compliance requirements -Engage families and community stakeholders Qualifications: -Master’s degree in Educational -Leadership or related field -Valid principal certification -Successful experience as an administrator preferred -Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Cabool follows a 4 day a week schedule with Mondays off. | |
