| Description: | Cabool Athletic Director The Cabool R-IV School District is seeking highly qualified candidates with appropriate certification for the position of Athletic Director for the 2026-2027 school year. Cabool is a member of the competitive SCA conference. The Athletic Director provides leadership and oversight for the district’s interscholastic athletic programs. This role ensures compliance with state athletic associations, promotes student-athlete success, and supports a culture of sportsmanship, integrity, and academic achievement. Key Responsibilities: -Plan, coordinate, and supervise all athletic programs and activities -Ensure compliance with state athletic association and district policies -Oversee athletic budgets, scheduling, transportation, and facilities use -Supervise and evaluate coaches and athletic staff -Promote student-athlete academic eligibility and well-being -Serve as liaison with parents, officials, and community partners Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree required -Appropriate Missouri certification -Previous coaching and/or athletic administration experience -Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Other coaching, teaching, and administrative positions currently available: Head Girls Basketball, and In-School Suspension Cabool follows a 4 day a week schedule with Mondays off. | |
