| Description: | The Glenwood R-VIII School District is hiring an instructional literacy coach for the 2026-27 school year. Glenwood is a PK-8 school district in West Plains, MO with enrollment of approximately 250 students. Job responsibilities will include instructional coaching for reading teachers in grades K-5, overseeing the implementation of reading success plans throughout the district, supporting administration with the Comprehensive Literacy State Development grant implementation, and providing reading interventions for students. Qualified candidates for this position should have a Missouri teaching certificate, possess at least a master’s degree in administration, curriculum & instruction, or a related field, and should have experience with providing high quality reading instruction in an elementary classroom. This position is open until filled.
