| Description: | The Missouri Association of Rural Education has been retained by the La Monte R-IV Board of Education to conduct a search for their next Superintendent of Schools. La Monte R-IV School District is located in Pettis County (La Monte) in WC Missouri. School District Information: Elementary Schools - 1 (PK-06) o Certified Staff - 19 o Student Enrollment - 176 High School - 1 (07-12) o Certified Staff - 17 o Student Enrollment - 137 Annual Operating Budget $ 4,877,391.00 Total Tax Levy - $4.0747 (Including DS of $.9246) Assessed Valuation - $26,927,235.00 Reserve Balances 49.24% Administrators 3 Support Staff 25 MSIP: Fully Accredited District Operated Transportation District Operated Food Service Other Programs: o FFA/FBLA/FCCLA/NHS/FTA o A+ Program/Dual Enrollment o Online Courses Offered o 4 Day School Week/1:1 Technology o Vocational Courses SFCC Career & Technical Center Application Time Line: Applications must be received by Friday, January 9, 2026 Screening to begin Ongoing during the application period Interviews Tentative Date Week of January 12-16, 2026 Anticipated Contract Offer Date No later than January 21, 2026 Contract Begins July 1, 2026 Salary/Benefits Information: Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salary Minimum - $100,000. Administrative experience required/ Central Office administrative experience preferred. Missouri Superintendents Certificate or eligibility thereof required. Board paid insurance benefits including health and life. Initial two-year contract may be considered. Living in the district is preferred.
