| Description: | The Missouri Association of Rural Education has been retained by the North Harrison R-III Board of Education to conduct a search for their next Superintendent of Schools. North Harrison R-III School District is located in Harrison County (Eagleville) in Northwest Missouri. School District Information: Elementary Schools - (PK-05) Certified Staff 17 Student Enrollment 111 High School (06-12) Certified Staff - 16 Student Enrollment - 106 Annual Operating Budget $ 3,771,921.00 Total Tax Levy - $5.5000 Assessed Valuation - $25,066,330.00 Reserve Balances 28.24% Administrators 3 Support Staff 15 MSIP: Fully Accredited District Operated Transportation District Operated Food Service Other Programs: o Parents as Teachers Program o School Run Early Childhood Center o FFA, AG, FCCLA, FBLA & NHS o A+ Program/Dual Credit with NCMC, MWSU & Truman State o 5 Day School Week o Award Winning Band Program/Strong Band Booster Association Application Time Line: Applications must be received by Friday, January 2, 2026 Screening to begin Ongoing during the application period Interviews Tentative Date Week of January 19-23, 2026 Anticipated Hire Date No later than January 30, 2026 Contract Begins July 1, 2026 Salary/Benefits Information: Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000. Administrative experience required/ Central Office administrative experience preferred. Missouri Superintendents Certificate or eligibility thereof required. Board paid health insurance benefits. Initial multi-year contract will be considered District residency is not required.
