Essential job duties: Develops and maintains a classroom environment conducive to effective learning Designs and implements lesson plans that are rigorous and aligned to the Missouri state standards Evaluates and progress monitors students’ progress on a regular basis. Communicates effectively with all stakeholders Active participant in the PLC process within the school Adheres to all state and federal requirements within the IDEA and 504 plans Other duties assigned by building principal or other administrative team members Steelville R-3 will operate on a 4 day school week.
